COVID-19 Update and Changes to Service
We hope you have had been safe and well in your bubble during this Covid-19 situation. We have made changes to the way we do business for the safety of existing tenants, future tenants, landlords and ourselves, while still maintaining a high level of service during this challenging time.
APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY
In the past we have welcomed people to attend a viewing prior to applying for the property. We are now asking for people to apply using our new online application. Please go to our Properties For Rent page if you wish to apply for a property.
Viewings will be by appointment only. We will be maintaining social distancing protocols and will have hand sanitiser on site. This will need to be used when entering and exiting the property.
Those feeling unwell, or who have travelled overseas recently, are self-isolating or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 may not enter the property and we will be asking for declarations from attendees.
All on site routine inspections are not permitted under Alert Level 3.
Under Alert Level 3 maintenance can occur. We will discuss with tenants and owners about the need vs risk of any non-urgent maintenance before organising work.
Tradesman and Tenants need to maintain social distancing protocols. Tenants please let us know if you are feeling unwell, if you have travelled overseas recently, are self-isolating or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
